How do I get my deals on HotDeals?
If you are a daily deal provider and would like your deals displayed on HotDeals, please get in touch with us via the contact form and a team member will get in touch with you directly.
How much does it cost to join Hot Deals?
Absolutely nothing! Hot Deals is a FREE services and always will be. There is no cost to browse the site or sign up for ourdaily email full of juicey deals and group discounts.
I purchased a deal from your website but never received a voucher?
Please note that HotDeals does not sell vouchers or coupons of any kind directly, rather we are an aggregator (or search engine) of daily deals that are listed on merchant/provider websites. If you decide to buy a deal listed on our site, we simply refer you to the merchant's website where you complete any transactions.
If you have purchased a voucher via a link on our website but cannot locate it, it is more than likely that you have signed up as a member to the merchant's website. Chances are you'll be able to find an email receipt from the merchant in your inbox. If you cannot find it there, check your spam filter.
If you still can't find the voucher, we recommend checking and bank statement for the transaction history. As a last resort we may be able to search our database for the deal's details.
